Victoria Room

Whatever the occasion, Victoria Rooms are sure to please. A tribute to Queen Victoria (1819-1901), who has had the longest reign to date of all British Monarchs. Our most popular guest rooms are designed with an abundance of features. Each one with a spacious sitting area, comfortable armchairs, bathrobes and anchored by a gas or electric fireplace. The luxurious king bed is adorned with an abundance of pillows. The highlight is the 2 person jetted tub within the room, which is fit for royalty. Perfect for an anniversary, honeymoon or an excuse for a romantic getaway. Maximum 2 persons.
Albert Room

The Albert Rooms are dedicated to Prince Albert, who was married to Queen Victoria in 1840. The Albert guest rooms feature a king bed, sitting area, with electric fireplace, writing desk, 1 person jetted tub in the bathroom, bathrobes and vaulted ceiling. The wet bar with mini fridge and coffee maker is ideal for storage of beverages and snacks. Perfect for extended stays and for those who require extra space within their guest room. Maximum 2 persons.
Elizabeth Room

The Elizabeth Rooms are glorious and refined much like Queen Elizabeth I (1537-1603). Decor is alluring and elegant. Each guest room has one queen bed, comfortable armchairs and gas or electric fireplace. Maximum 2 persons.
William Room

These guest rooms are spacious with a sense of purpose, much like William the Conqueror. William I (1027 or 1028 - 1087) became king of England after his victory at one of England's most famous battles, The Battle of Hastings, in 1066. Each room has 2 queen beds, comfortable sitting area with either a gas or electric fire and writing desks. These guest rooms are ideal for people requiring separate beds. Maximum 4 persons.
Louise Room

Dedicated to Princess Louise, the fourth daughter of Queen Victoria and whom the province of Alberta was named (Louise Caroline Alberta). This room has a queen size bed and sitting area. This small but cozy room offers great value for the more budget conscious traveller. Maximum 2 persons.
Tudor Suite

A spacious suite, located on the ground floor level with two queen sized beds, a gas fireplace and large bay window. Separate living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a one person jetted tub in the bathroom. The suite is an ideal guestroom to share and enjoy a completely separate living area. Maximum 6 persons.

Each of our guest rooms are uniquely decorated and individual in their own way. They have ensuite bathrooms, televisions, DVD player, clock radios, hair dryers, coffee maker, kettle and luxurious duvets. 19 of our rooms come with a fireplace and fridge.

  • Our room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars
  • Goods and Service Tax is 5% and Tourism Levy is 4%
  • Our rooms are based on 1 or 2 sharing
  • Extra person(s) over 12 years old sharing a room are $30.00 each per night. Extra person(s) 12 years old and under stay for free (William rooms & Suite only).
  • Our facility is completely non-smoking
  • We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard and Discover credit cards as a debit cards
  • All rooms rates are subject to change
  • Cancellation policy is 72 hours notice. Guest will be charged for lost revenue if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.
To Make A Reservation
For your convenience, contact us by email or phone. Please keep in mind that our office is closed 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Mountain Time). Inquiries and reservations by email will be replied to within 24 hours. To guarantee a guest room(s), a major credit card with expiry date is required when you make your reservation along with your contact information. We will then forward a confirmation letter by email or fax. For those in transit, a confirmation number will be given upon reservation. Guests who cancel or check out before last day of reservation will be required to pay for days reserved.

Cancellation Policy
A 72 hour cancellation policy is in effect at all times.** Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in charges equivalent to your stay. Please note, during the high season, a $15.00 administration fee will be charged during any time a reservation (per room reserved) is cancelled.

**Please inquire upon reservation, what the cancellation policy is, if you are booking with a group.

Cancellation Policy/Christmas Week
A 10 day cancellation policy is in effect during the holiday week.
